Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide infrastructure services including virtual private servers, cloud environments, storage, and DevOps support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and activity that occurs under your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for illegal or abusive activities, including hosting malware, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, network attacks (including participation in DDoS), or violation of applicable laws or intellectual property rights. We may investigate abuse reports and may suspend or terminate Services to protect our network and comply with law.

Billing & Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your usage. Services are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Overdue accounts may be suspended.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases of technical failures or policy violations. Free credits or trial accounts are not eligible for refund.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Credits

We target high availability for our cloud services as stated on the applicable plan page. If monthly uptime falls below the target, you may request a service credit within 30 days after the month ends. Credits are calculated against the monthly fee for the affected service and are the sole and exclusive remedy for downtime. Planned maintenance windows announced in advance are excluded from SLA calculations.

Maintenance Windows

We schedule maintenance with reasonable advance notice (typically 48 hours) and aim to minimize impact. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect security and stability. Planned maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations.

Fair Use Policy (Unmetered Traffic)

“Unmetered” means we do not charge per‑GB transfer on the specified port speed. To protect all customers, usage must comply with our Acceptable Use policy and must not degrade network stability. Sustained traffic that continuously saturates a shared port or causes congestion may be temporarily rate‑limited or contacted for remediation. Fair Use Policy applies to all unmetered offerings.

Support & Escalation

General inquiries are handled during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 EET/EEST), typically within one business day. Urgent incidents are supported 24/7 by on‑call engineers. To escalate a production incident, begin your message with “URGENT” and include a callback number; we will remain engaged until resolution and follow up with a short summary and remediation actions.

Backups, RPO/RTO

Unless explicitly included in your plan, data backups are your responsibility. Where daily backups are included, we retain up to 7 days. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) depend on data size and architecture. We will assist with recovery on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, but cannot guarantee restoration of data changed or deleted between snapshots.

Security & Data Protection

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. You are responsible for securing your accounts, credentials, and application‑level configuration. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data, processing locations, and use of sub‑processors.

Data Retention & Deletion

Upon termination of Services, we may delete your data after a short grace period unless we are required by law to retain it. Ensure you export and back up data before cancelling or terminating Services.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest. If your contract specifies a different governing law or venue, that specification prevails.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

You may cancel your service anytime via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.
