A Feedback button at the bottom of the sidebar opens a single field. Bug, improvement or anything else; the page you were on is attached automatically and the founder reads every message.
Three levels: Welcome credit, Customer after the first top-up, Verified after EUR 50 and thirty days. Each level brings wider default limits, and Verified adds postpaid billing. The current level and what the next one takes are on the Limits page.
Limits in the Cloud Panel shows every resource limit against current usage. Ask for more right there; an engineer reads it, and the decision with a note comes back by email and in the panel.
Card payments are on. Save a card under Billing, top up from EUR 10, and a fiscal invoice for every payment arrives by email. Your bank confirms the card once with 3D Secure; we never charge a saved card on our own.
The first sign-in lands on the dashboard with a four-step setup: confirm email, fill in billing details, save a card, and the default router, network and firewall are created for you. A banner shows the current step on every page until it is done.
New accounts get EUR 25 the moment a card is saved, once per card and once per organization. Nothing is charged for that. The size caps of a new account come off with the first top-up.
