CPU check now looks at last 15 minutes instead of 5. Updates, builds and restarts after idle time run at full speed. New server also gets first 15 minutes at full speed, so install and setup are not slowed down. If CPU is busy all the time, server still goes down to its guaranteed share.
Card form opens right away on sign-up. Stopped servers don't show traffic of other servers anymore. Limit request dialog doesn't open twice. Cloud Panel links have normal preview in chats.
