We rebuilt OS templates from scratch, changes are for new servers.

• New images - AlmaLinux 10, Oracle Linux 10, Fedora 44, Arch Linux and openSUSE Leap 16 join the list of systems.
• User data - you can now pass cloud-config or a shell script when you create a server, in the wizard or via the API. It runs on the first boot, after our own setup.
• Package mirror - we launched our own mirror for packages, mirror.serverscamp.com. All templates use it by default, installs and updates go through our network and are faster.
• Weekly rebuilds - templates are rebuilt every week from the latest official release with all updates installed. New server starts with fresh packages and does not need a big update first.
• Locales - all locales are now installed in Ubuntu, Debian and RHEL family templates. The locale warning at SSH login is fixed.
• Shell prompt - we changed the prompt colors, it was hard to read on light terminal backgrounds.

New benchmark. Same pgbench on DigitalOcean droplet with local disk, with Volume and on DigitalOcean Managed PostgreSQL, against our bs-l with W2 disk. Databases from 1.5 to 95 GB.

Some servers got a second public address at creation. It was not shown in the panel, and outgoing connections could leave from it. The extra addresses are removed, servers now use only the address you see on the server page.

On servers with two or more vCPUs, switching between Burst and Sustained failed with a CPU quota error, and after some limit changes a server ran with the CPU of a single core. Both are fixed, and affected servers already have their full CPU back.
