Welcome credit comes with the card

New accounts get EUR 25 the moment a card is saved, once per card and once per organization. Nothing is charged for that. The size caps of a new account come off with the first top-up.

Update, 19 September 2026: the welcome credit now comes in two parts, EUR 5 when a card is saved and EUR 20 with the first top-up of EUR 10 or more. Current rules.
