Trying ServersCamp for free
Save a card and the account gets EUR 10 to use over 10 days. Saving the card charges nothing, and we never charge it on our own: you pay up front with top-ups, when you decide to. The credit pays your hourly charges until it runs out or the 10 days are over.
Free credit draws people who want the credit and not the servers. So a trial account can use every product, with limits on how big and how many. The biggest plans stay visible in the Cloud Panel with a lock on them, so you see the whole catalog and know what opens later.
Who gets the credit right away
Most accounts get the credit as soon as a card is saved. For some signups we ask for one more step first. That depends on a number of things we look at when an account is created. In that case the setup page offers three ways to start:
- Top up from EUR 10. You pay by card in the same step and the card is saved for later top-ups. The account runs on your own money from the start, without trial limits.
- Verify your identity. A short check with an ID document and your camera, about two minutes. After it, save a card and get the EUR 10.
- Contact support. Tell us about your project and we will help you start.
What a trial account can run
Every product is open on the trial. The table shows how much of each, next to what a customer gets by default.

The numbers for your own account are on the Limits page in the Cloud Panel. That page is also where you ask for more. An engineer reads every request, usually within a working day, and a line about your project helps.
For scale: a 2 vCPU / 4 GB Sustained server with a 50 GB Basic disk and a public IP costs about EUR 14 a month, so the EUR 10 runs it for the whole 10 days.
How the trial limits come off
With your first top-up, from EUR 10, you become a customer. The locks come off and the limits move to the right column of the table above. Saving a card alone does not do this.
A promo code from our team does the same and adds its credit on top. Enter it under Billing → Credits. If you are testing something that needs bigger hardware before your first top-up, such as a database benchmark, write to support and say so.
Limits only decide what you can create or resize. What is already running is never touched by them.
The fine print
- The credit is EUR 10 and expires 10 days after it is issued. What is left after that is not converted to anything.
- It is issued once per account and once per card. A card that already brought the credit to another account brings nothing the second time: add a different card, or top up.
- The credit stays only while a card is on the account. Remove your last card before the first top-up and the unused credit is gone, and adding a card again does not bring it back. To swap cards, add the new one first. Money you topped up yourself is never affected.
- A chargeback or a refund removes the credit issued with that payment.
- Charges always use credit first, the one that expires soonest first. Every line is under Billing → Credits.
- Mining and similar workloads are not allowed on free credit. On your own money with the Sustained profile, run what you like.
- The credit is a gift and we can take it back: when one person runs several accounts, when the card is disposable or later disputed, or when the credit goes into a prohibited workload. Then the unused part is removed and servers running on it may be stopped.
