Reverse DNS for every address

Every public address gets PTR now. Servers get vm-….vm.serverscamp.com, routers get router-….static.serverscamp.com.

You can change it with the pencil on Floating IPs, Routers or server page. The name stays with the address, if you move floating IP to another server, the name moves too. When you release the address, the name is removed.

CPU Guard adjusted

We adjusted CPU Guard for Burst servers. New server has 45 minutes before the guard can limit it. Guaranteed CPU is now from 25% to 50% depending on the plan.

Alert comes only when server is held at guaranteed CPU for 10 minutes or more.
